Absolute Beginners Classes
From our two venues in Barnsley, South Yorkshire we are renowned for teaching even the most serious two left footed dancers how to get around the dance floor.
We start with the basics and you will soon be dancing the likes of the Modern Waltz, Quickstep, Foxtrot and Tango, Latin dances such as the Cha Cha Cha, Rumba, Jive, Samba and Paso Doble along with the most popular sequence dances such as the Mayfair Quickstep, Balmoral Blues, Melody Foxtrot, Square Tango, along with Mambos and Salsas.
Intermediate and Advanced
Think you’ve got what it takes to make a dancer; well we can make you better. At these classes we teach more complex technical routines as well as the latest sequence dances.
There are around 40 new sequence dances being invented every year, with some becoming firm favourites and some falling by the wayside, so we pick the ones that we think will be the favourites and teach these to our pupils.
Private Tuition
Not everyone can learn in a class environment with a lot of couples on the floor at once and taking this into account we also offer private tuition to anyone who requires. Whether you are just starting out or have aspirations to compete in open or medallist competitions we can help.
With our many years of high level dance competition experience we can turn your dancing Dis-as-ters into something Fab-u-lous. It’s not going to happen overnight but if you stick at it we are confident that the results will come.
We are fully qualified dance teachers up to Licentiate level in Modern Ballroom and Associates in Latin American and Classical Sequence and members of the UKA.
